These Terms and Conditions are issued by Industry Rockstar, LLC and AI District Entities, as defined herein.

  • Industry Rockstar LLC Registration: L17813138 (hereinafter IR) AI District Consulting LLC, AI District Agents LLC and AI District LLC (collectively, the “AI District Entities” hereinafter).
  • IR and AI District Entities are collectively referred to as “Issuer”, “we”, “us”, and/or “our” hereinafter.) For the sake of clarification, “Issuer” refers jointly and severally to all listed entities herein. All obligations and rights under these Terms and Conditions apply jointly and severally to the Issuer Entities.

These terms and conditions apply to any free or unpaid seminar, workshop, webinar, summit or any other online or offline event run by Issuer. Registering for an event, where you check the box that you agree to the terms and conditions shows you agree fully to the following Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Herein, the event you are asking to enroll in, regardless of type or format will be referred to as the “Seminar”. For the sake of clarification, in these terms and conditions, all references to “us”, “our” and “we” mean Issuer.

1. Professional Conduct:

By enrolling in this educational event, you acknowledge that you will be participating alongside other professionals who are present to learn from the presenters, educators, and speakers. You agree to conduct yourself at all times in a professional, respectful, and cooperative manner toward all participants, including attendees, staff, and presenters.
Any behavior that is disruptive, offensive, inappropriate, or deemed unprofessional—at the sole discretion of the event organizers—may result in your immediate removal from the event and exclusion from future participation in any event hosted by Industry Rockstar or its affiliated brands.

Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

  • Promoting your own or third-party products or services without prior written consent
  • Defamatory remarks about the event, its organizers, or participants
  • Misrepresentation of identity or affiliation
  • Unlawful or harassing behavior
  • Any other action that disrupts the learning environment or violates the spirit of the event

Inappropriate conduct will be determined at the sole discretion of Industry Rockstar. By attending, you agree to abide by these standards as a condition of participation.

2. Intellectual Property:

All material relating to the Seminar for which you are enrolling whether presented during, before or after the Seminar, is subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights. The copyright in all such materials remains the property of their owners and may not be recorded, used or reproduced, without the written permission of the copyright owner. You agree not, at any time, to do anything that would infringe the intellectual property rights in such materials. Recording the events in any fashion is not allowed, and you agree to neither record the event nor distribute the event without the express written permission of Issuer AND the IP holder of the material.

3. Financial Information Disclaimer:

Any financial information presented at this event is prepared and presented as entertainment and information only. Issuer makes no representation and gives no warranty to the accuracy or completeness of the information provided at or in relation to this event and does not accept responsibility for any errors or inaccuracies in, or omissions from, the information contained herein. The information provided during or in relation to the event is for general purposes only and it does not purport to be comprehensive or to render specific advice. The information provided during or in relation to the event should not be regarded as financial or legal advice. If any information or advice that may constitute financial or legal advice is given at or in relation to an event, such financial or legal advice is not authorized or endorsed by issuer and does not constitute financial or legal advice given by Issuer. This disclaimer does not purport to exclude any warranties implied by law which may not be lawfully excluded. 4. Education & Entertainment Disclaimer:

Any materials or education given by the speakers during the event are merely used for awareness and entertainment purposes. You agree that your participation in this event is to engage in the entertainment and education only from a viewer perspective. The material at this event is not intended to be any sort of consulting, coaching or advising to you. If you chose to use any of the techniques or education presented at this event, you do so at your own risk of the impact it may have on your business or life. You agree to hold harmless Issuers and all speakers, educators or trainers you see at this event in regards to any information you hear and decide to use in your own business or life. You agree that the presentations are all for education and entertainment and are in no way intended to be strategies to implement into your business without the analysis and assessment of a private consultant to make sure they are the right strategies for you and for your business. You agree that anything you do in your business is your responsibility and you will not hold Issuer accountable for any results you create by choosing to action any techniques you hear about in the seminar.

5. Photos & Videos at Live events:

From time to time at Issuer’s live events professional photography and/or videography will be used to capture the event. You agree that your participation in any of Issuer’s events might result in you being capture in a photo or video. You hereby give Issuer the full right to use your likeness in any photo or video that we choose for marketing campaigns with no further responsibility for clearing the rights of use of that picture or video with you, even though your image of likeness might be captured in the photo or video. You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished materials, and release and hold harmless Issuer from any liability by virtue of such use, including GDPR-related claims, claims for libel, invasion of privacy, or right of publicity.

6. Privacy and Data:

Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with applicable laws including the GDPR and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). For the sake of clarification, by registering for an event, you explicitly consent to receive communications about upcoming events and services and/or other communications from “Issuer’s Brands”. Issuer’s Brands includes all legal entities listed in the ‘Issuer’ definition. You may opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in our communications. If you are located in the European Economic Area, your data may be transferred to the United States where data protection standards may differ. 7. Non-Disparagement:

By accessing or using our events, courses and/or other services, you agree not to make, publish, or communicate any statement, written or oral, in any public forum, including but not limited to social media, blogs, reviews, or online platforms, that could reasonably be construed as defamatory, disparaging, or otherwise harmful to the reputation or goodwill of the Issuer, its affiliates, instructors, or representatives. This obligation extends during and after your participation in our events, courses and/or services and includes both direct and indirect communications.

8. Modifications:

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be posted on https://aidistrict.ai/terms-and-conditions. Continued participation in our events constitutes acceptance of any revised terms. Any modification of these Terms and Conditions can only be made with the written approval of a Director of Issuer. Dates of events can be subject to change. Although Issuer will endeavor to keep to the schedule as often as possible, we reserve the right to change dates where necessary to provide a good experience for the participants, as determined at Issuer’s sole discretion.

9. Force Majeure:

We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, technical failures, macro-economic security concerns, or governmental actions.

10. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction:

The laws of the state of Arizona govern this agreement. Should any part of this agreement be determined by a court to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement will be unaffected. All terms, conditions and warranties implied by statute that are excludable are excluded from this agreement. Such terms, conditions and warranties implied by statute that are not excludable are not excluded from this agreement but our liability for breach of such conditions and warranties implied by statute that are not excludable is limited to the lesser of either the total amount paid by you to Issuer under this agreement, or a total of $5,000. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
