AI DISTRICT ENTITIES

Privacy Policy & Data Protection Terms

These Terms and Conditions are issued by AI District Entities, as defined herein.

DATA CONTROLLER

These Terms and Privacy Provisions are issued by the following entities, collectively referred to as the “AI District Entities”, “Data Controller”, “we”, “us”, or “our”:

  • AI District LLC
  • AI District Consulting LLC
  • AI District Agentic LLC

All obligations and rights under these Terms apply jointly and severally to the AI District Entities.

DEFINITIONS

“User” means any individual who accesses, browses, participates in, or consumes any content, services, software, events, websites, webinars, newsletters, educational material, or marketing material provided by the AI District Entities.

“Customer” means any individual or entity that purchases, subscribes to, licenses, or otherwise enters into a commercial relationship with one or more AI District Entities.

“Personal Data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person under applicable privacy laws.

“User Content” means any prompts, instructions, text, files, images, videos, communications, or other material submitted through the Services.

“User Output” means any content generated by the Services or AI systems in response to User Content.

HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION

  • User Content and User Output;
  • event attendance information.

Payment card information is processed by third-party payment processors and is not stored directly on our servers.

Sensitive Data

We do not intentionally request or process sensitive personal data unless required for a lawful and disclosed business purpose.

This includes:

  • racial or ethnic origin;
  • political opinions;
  • religious beliefs;
  • biometric data;
  • health data;
  • sexual orientation;
  • trade union membership.

If sensitive data is voluntarily submitted through User Content, the user is solely responsible for ensuring they have lawful authority to submit such information.

PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

We process personal data for the following purposes:

  • providing and operating the Services;
  • account management;
  • billing and payment processing;
  • customer support;
  • security and fraud prevention;
  • analytics and service optimization;
  • legal compliance;

  • personalization;
  • security;
  • marketing where permitted.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

The Services are not directed toward individuals under the age of eighteen (18).

We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

This supplement applies solely to individuals located in the EEA, United Kingdom, or Switzerland.

Where this supplement conflicts with the main Terms or Privacy Policy, this supplement controls.

Additional GDPR Rights

Cookie Consent

For EEA and UK users, non-essential cookies will only be deployed following prior informed consent through a cookie consent mechanism.

Supervisory Authorities

Individuals may lodge complaints with their local supervisory authority.

REGIONAL SUPPLEMENT — CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS

This supplement applies solely to California residents subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

Where this supplement conflicts with the main Terms or Privacy Policy, this supplement controls.

California Privacy Rights

California residents may have rights to:

  • request deletion;
  • request correction;
  • opt out of sale or sharing;
  • receive equal service regardless of exercising rights.

The AI District Entities do not sell personal information.

REGIONAL SUPPLEMENT — OTHER U.S. STATE PRIVACY LAWS

Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional privacy rights under applicable state privacy laws, including rights related to:

  • correction;
  • portability;
  • targeted advertising opt-outs;
  • appeal rights.

AI CONTENT AND MODEL PROCESSING

User Content may be transmitted to third-party AI model providers solely for the purpose of generating User Output.

The AI District Entities do not use User Content to train proprietary AI models unless expressly disclosed and separately consented to.

Third-party AI providers are contractually required to comply with applicable confidentiality and data protection obligations.

However, the AI District Entities cannot independently guarantee the internal practices of third-party providers.
